Dirk van Dissel has extensive experience in providing equity capital market solutions, investor relations and corporate advisory services to companies in the Life-science (Diagnostic, Bio-technology & Healthcare) Resource, Technology (Industrial, IT, Mobile, Emerging), Agriculture and sectors.

Mr van Dissel worked in the Private Equity and boutique Investment Banking sectors prior to managing the Equity Capital Markets desk and Corporate Division at an Australian Stockbroking firm for eleven years before returning to independent corporate advisory.

For a period of over 20 years, Mr van Dissel has assisted in the raising of hundreds of millions of dollars for ASX listed and unlisted companies and has advised on the Buy and Sell side of numerous transactions. 

Alastair Murray is highly experienced in Australian Capital Markets, having held roles as an Analyst and Associate Director within Australian Stockbroking and boutique Investment Banking firms.

Mr. Murray's expertise lies in the origination of corporate opportunities and the execution of effective equity capital market and investor relations strategies that facilitate the realisation of client goals and the generation of shareholder value.

Mr. Murray has over 12 years experience advising companies in the Industrial (Technology), Life-science, Resource, and Information Technology sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) DBLD from the University of South Australia.
