About UBlockout

ScreenAway Holdings Limited (‘Ublockout’ or ‘the Company’) is an Unlisted Public Company that designs, develops and commercialises innovative and patented flyscreen & blind products. 

The Company has designed and developed a second generation, DIY blackout blind, known as “UBlockout” for sales in international markets.

The Company successfully commercialized a first-generation blackout blind product, marketed as “ScreenAway”. The ScreenAway Australian rights were sold by the Company in 2019. The new owner has shown consistent sales growth, with annual Australian sales currently in >20,000 units.

UBlockout business model is scalable, low capex, DIY, DTC via www.UBlockout.com and has been designed for scale in large international markets 

Candour and DatChem

Candour has played a pivotal role in the development of Ublockout. In 2019 Candour introduced a new management team to turn the business around, which had been a victim of its own success.

Candour's team has since conerstoned various capital raises and joined the Board of Directors to assist the Company deliver its novel product to global markets.
