Candour and Vysarn

The Candour team followed the progression of Vysarn post its reverse takeover in 2019, resulting in an investment in 2020.

Following the initial investment, Candour was engaged to overhaul the Company's materials and introduce the opportunity to our institutional and broker network around Australia.

Candour's engagement with Vysarn has been highly successful. The Company has successfully executed the initial stages of its vertical integration strategy which resulted in growing investor interest and a steady multiple expansion.
